Monday March 20 (St. Joseph of Nazareth Day) Bible Reading:      Luke 2: 41 - 52 Topic:          Joseph Led By Example Today we commemorate St. Joseph of Nazareth, the husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary and earthly father of Jesus Christ. He lived and raised Jesus as a pious Jew. He set Him a godly example of valuing the things of God and every year he took the family on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem for the feast of Passover (v. 41) Luke records that when Jesus journeyed with them when He was 12 years old (v. 42) He stayed behind in God's house and Joseph being a just, loving, caring and faithful parent searched for Him everywhere till they found Him in the Temple (vs. 45, 48) Nowadays it is becoming increasingly difficult to raise godly children because our good traditional and godly Christian values are under attack from the unwholesome western cultural pra...
