And He Rose From The Dead
All the while He walked
and worked among them, they could do nothing to Him because His time had not
yet come; BUT when it was time, they seized Him, tried Him, condemned Him to
death and then crucified Him.
They thought they had stamped Him out of human history but little did they know that He was meant to pass through that throes so that His Glory can be established.
Not only did He die, but He descended into hell for an epic battle and wrestled the key of eternal life from the angel of death.
He died to prove that He was man enough and then He RESURRECTED to prove that He is God of all and His resurrection is the singular act that has given us hope as His Followers of a new life when this one is gone.
He defeated death right at its own door-steps and made us a people for His Own Possession. His Blood cleansed us from all sins and iniquities and reconciled us to God.
He paid the supreme price, He allowed Himself to be openly shamed by public execution by way of the crucifixion. He made the LAST SACRIFICE. From thenceforth, no other blood was to be shed for the atonement of sins. He had borne all our sins on the Cross of Calvary and dying He declared that "it is finished" showing that the sacrifice is pure, full and complete.
Brethren, the Blood of Jesus speaks of much better things than that of Abel. The Blood spoke in times past, the Blood is speaking is times present and the Blood will continue to speak in times to come.
Embrace the Blood today
Go to it for cleansing
There is life in the Blood
Go take it.
The Power that resurrected Jesus from the tomb is still at work today. If you allow it into your life, you shall be completely empowered to overcome the devil and all his works.
Jesus died that you may be forgiven your sins
He rose from the dead that
you may have eternal life
Come to the Saviour, make no delay
May the Resurrection Power, revive all that is dead within and without you and position you to take your place among the counted and the elect of the Lord.
Christ is Risen
He is Risen indeed
