Friday September 8 Bible Reading:     Luke 1: 39 - 55 Topic:                  Dispenser Of Heavenly Grace Mary was humble enough to visit her Cousin, though chosen by Heaven to be the Mother of the Saviour of mankind. Elizabeth in v. 43 noted this by saying "who am I that the Mother of my Lord should visit me." This is unlike the character of some men and women today when they receive blessings of promotion. They suddenly become too proud to relate with others around them and even attend Church activities. This ought not to be so Note also that in Luke 1: 41, when Elizabeth heard the sound of Mary's greeting, the baby leaped in her womb and she became filled with the Holy Spirit.
