The distinctive nature of every people and place of order are authority and submission. God requires us to be subject to the governing authority in every place. It is God Who instituted the governing authority in every place whether it is good or bad, righteous or evil, godly or ungodly. None of these authorities was set up without God's approval. They have the mandate of God to operate and are used of Him to execute His Will.
