Sunday April 2 Bible Reading:      Psalm 22 Topic:          Jesus' Passion Foretold As God's anointed King over Israel, David was challenged with many conspiracies, terrifying oppositions and wars. In all these, he encouraged himself to praise God and pay all the vows he made to God. The lesson here is that in every difficult situation you should never cease to praise God and fulfill your obligations to Him and the Church. In this Psalm, David was led in the Spirit to foretell the suffering which Christ would undergo on the Cross in order to bring salvation to mankind.
