It's the 27th of May and
it is a day that Nigeria celebrates her Children
It is Children's Day
There's no gain saying the
fact that any Nation without Children is a Nation doomed for extinction.
However, it is just not
enough to have Children, but it rests squarely on the shoulders of Parents and
the Nation to train up the Children in the way that they should go so that when
they are old, they shall not move away from that path.
It is good to start early
in life to inculcate in the Children the benefits of honesty and hard work
because no matter how much the world would change, those two virtues shall
always be the way to go towards success and arriving at the top.
Let every Child be
informed that movement is essential in life because laxity and laziness have
never paid off.
This should serve as a
repetitive mantra for any child to learn:"If you can't fly, run; if you
can't run, walk; if you can't walk, crawl but by all means, keep moving because
activity suggests the life"
