Almighty and Everlasting
Father, the Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient God, we Your children bow
down before You this morning to offer our thanks and praise for the way You
have led us through the night and into this glorious dawn of a new day. We thank
You for the gift of life, for the provisions of food and water and for our
families and friends. Father we ask for Your forgiveness in any way we have
crossed the wrong lines and pray O Lord that in Your great grace that we be
restored in fellowship with You. Today as we get out of our abode to pursue
that which we shall use to sustain our mortal bodies, we ask that Your grace
goes with us, accompanies us and remains with us so that at the end of the day,
we would look back with gratitude and really say of a truth we and You have
walked and worked together today. Thank You Lord for answering our prayer which
we have made through the Name of Your Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ, Who lives
and reigns with You in the Unity of the Holy Spirit, One God now until all
eternity. Amen
