Daily Founrtain 2017 - A Superior Covenant

Wednesday January 18th

Bible Reading:     Heb. 8: 7 - 13

Topic:         A Superior Covenant

The new Covenant in Jesus Christ is here presented  as more beneficial and superior to the old Covenant.

Yesterday, we saw that Jesus' Priesthood is far Superior to Aaron's

When anything is seen as more beneficial and superior, the implication is simply that it can perfectly replace the inferior.

The Law is the shadow of the gracious Covenant in Jesus Christ which is full of Divine and Earthly benefits.

The New Covenant guarantees our supernatural freedom in Jesus Christ (John 8: 32, 36)

It elevates our position in the Heavenly Order of Ranks such that man formerly made a little lower than Angels is now son to God the Father (Psalm 8: 5)

In this New Covenant, man that was dying in sin received mercy, remission of sins and eternal life free of charge.

This Good News is not the preserve of an elite group - as the Jews used to have the Law - but for all humanity.

Through this Ministry of the New Covenant in Christ  is given to all, we all have to make an individual choice to participate in it and receive the benefits from it.

Will you seize the opportunity to benefit? or will you reject this offer of grace from God?

The choice is yours to make

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, may I always be a partaker of the New Covenant and all its benefits, Amen

Memory verse:   Heb. 8: 12
"For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more."

Daily Fountain 2017 - It Is To Your Advantage

Sunday May 21 5th Sunday After Easter Bible Reading:      John 16: 5 - 22 Topic:          It Is To Your Advantage In life we must be ready to endure some level of discomfort in the present, in order to enjoy comfort in the future. The disciples had become comfortable with the presence and involvement of Jesus in their lives, but Jesus announced to them that it was necessary for Him to return to His Father in order that the Holy Ghost might come. If Jesus stayed, He would be only in one place at a time; but His Spirit would be everywhere at the same time. The disciples had to recognize therefore that growth and maturity come with sacrifice which involves willingness to step out of our comfort zone. God knows the best for you. Be sensitive to the leading of His Spirit. Desire progress but don't reject the change that brings it. Yes, you may be in an uncomfortable sit...

Daily Fountain 2017 - 2310 - Building Out Of Ruins

Monday October 23 Bible Reading:     Acts. 15: 12 - 22 Topic:                  Building Out Of Ruins When you pass by a collapsed building, what comes to your mind? When you see a place devastated by war, what strikes you? Ruin, lots of ruins! dashed irrecoverable hope, you lament on what it used to be, when it was standing previously. God can change ruins and rebuild from new edifices. This is how God deals with our lives when it appears we have been ruined. We should not remain in the ruins around us, but on to God and allow Him to come and rebuild them for us and others. Prayer Lord, let me know how to make a building out of ruins. May I not be steeped in failed traditions to the detriment of revival in Jesus Name, Amen. Memory Verse             Acts. 15:...
