Topic: What Does God Have Against You
The Church at Thytira was
commended for her faith, service, charity and patience but unfortunately she
allowed "Jezebel" to teach and seduce the people of God to practice idolatry
and fornication.
This grieved the Lord
greatly
Are you a child of God,
fervent and faithful in service, yet, still have some secret sins in your life?
Remember Gal. 5: 9 says "a little
leaven, leavens the whole lump"
God is right now calling
your attention to those little leavens in your life. Do not close your eyes to
them. It is time to decisively deal with them so that there will not be a
regrettable BUT in your life when you stand before the King of kings on the
last day. v. 29 says "he who has
ears, let him hear what the Spirit says to the Churches"
My prayer is that God will
help you to have ears open to the Spirit, so that He can wash and cleanse you
of any secret sins that would impede your Christian journey
Prayer
Oh Lord, help me to be
open to Your rebuke and to wholeheartedly surrender my will and desires to You,
Amen.
