Dear Lord and Father of
mankind, in Whom we live and move and have our being, Who desireth not that a
sinner should die but rather that he may repent of his sins and live, forgive
our foolish ways. In every way we have gone contrary to Your Holy Laws, Father
we ask for forgiveness; remember us not in Your wrath but in Your kind and
tender mercies that we may live out the rest of our lives in peace, trusting
only in You. Today Lord, we express our gratitude because You have deigned to
bring us back from the "dead" into the Light of Your Only Begotten
Son, thank You Lord and we ask Oh Lord that as we go out today in pursuit of
what we need to keep on living to Your Glory, that Your grace and mercy shall
follow us all through today and we neither fall into any kind of danger nor be
tempted beyond what we can bear or handle. Bless us as keep professing that
Christ is Lord and help us to live more nearly as we pray even through Jesus
Christ our Lord and Saviour - Amen
