Glory be to You Oh God our Maker and Creator for Thou has made it possible for
us to make it to this new day. It certainly is not because of our good deeds
for indeed no man can buy Your favours, neither is it because we are sinless
for in sin did our parents conceive us, it is simply due to Your grace and
mercy, both of which You have allowed us to draw upon constantly without any
payments. Thank You for this new opportunity. We live in a world suffused with
sin and we cannot deny that we are not sinful just like a fish in the ocean
cannot deny that it swallows water, but we are sorry for the ways we have
mismanaged Your grace and taken Your forgiveness for granted. Forgive us Oh
Lord, cleanse us from all our unrighteousness and help us to live closer to You
even as we pray. Today we pray for the sick, those who are infirmed in their
bodies or minds or souls; we ask Oh Lord for Your healing balm upon them that
they may experience a regeneration of their bodies, minds and souls and be able
to give You all the glory. We ask O God that as we step out for the work or
business of today, that You would go with us and that You would protect us with
Your Mighty Right Hand that no one determined to hurt us in any way shall
succeed. Today, they shall flee from us in a thousand ways and we shall hold
our peace because Thou Who art Our Maker shall also be our Shield and Defender.
Thank You for answered prayers for we pray in Jesus Name. Amen
