Bible Reading: Acts 2: 42 - 47
Topic: The Fellowship Of The Believers
The early Church born on
the Day of Pentecost like a new born baby needed to grow in number and quality.
They knew this early and
took the right measures to achieve this.
They devoted themselves to
the Apostles teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to
prayer. They were all united and shared what they had. They met every day in
the Temple courts and in house cells where they shared and enjoyed meals
together with glad and sincere hearts. God added to their number new Christians
daily.
Christian leader, it is
your duty to maintain God's flock and shield them from predators through
sincere and sound teaching, constant fellowship, holy communion, prayer,
sharing things in common, giving generously, sharing and spreading love, caring
for one another and attracting others to God.
These are the media that
will make the Church to grow and mature
Prayer
Lord help me to partner
with others to build and develop Your Church, Amen.
Memory Verse Acts 2: 46
"And they continuing
daily with one accord in the Temple, and breaking bread from house to house,
did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart."
