Daily Fountain 2017 - He Is Not Here, He Is Risen

Sunday April 16
Easter Sunday

Bible Reading:     Matt. 28: 1 - 15

Topic:         He is Not Here, He Is Risen

Early morning of the first day of the week after the Sabbath, Mary Magdalene and the other women came to the tomb and it was EMPTY.

The seal had been broken, the large stone laid over the tomb rolled away and the Body of the Lord that was laid in the tomb was no longer there.

God had caused a violent earthquake and commissioned an Angel to roll back the stone and make way for the resurrection.

The resurrection of Jesus from the dead is the central fact of the Christian faith, because as Paul said, without the resurrection, our faith is worthless; we will still be in our sins (1 Cor. 15: 15) and there will be no Christian Church today.

Thank God Jesus rose from the dead for our salvation and justification.

Anyone who puts his/her faith in the risen Christ will have eternal life.

Have you taken advantage of the salvation He offers?
Have your sins been washed by the Blood He shed on Calvary?

If your answer is No, then you can do so right now and really have a reason to celebrate this Easter.

Remember, He died to save you

Prayer:

O Lord, may the Power of the resurrection quicken anything in me that is dead, Amen

Memory verse:   Matt. 28 : 6

"He is not here; for He has risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay"

Daily Fountain 2017 - It Is To Your Advantage

Sunday May 21 5th Sunday After Easter Bible Reading:      John 16: 5 - 22 Topic:          It Is To Your Advantage In life we must be ready to endure some level of discomfort in the present, in order to enjoy comfort in the future. The disciples had become comfortable with the presence and involvement of Jesus in their lives, but Jesus announced to them that it was necessary for Him to return to His Father in order that the Holy Ghost might come. If Jesus stayed, He would be only in one place at a time; but His Spirit would be everywhere at the same time. The disciples had to recognize therefore that growth and maturity come with sacrifice which involves willingness to step out of our comfort zone. God knows the best for you. Be sensitive to the leading of His Spirit. Desire progress but don't reject the change that brings it. Yes, you may be in an uncomfortable sit...

Daily Fountain 2017 - 2310 - Building Out Of Ruins

Monday October 23 Bible Reading:     Acts. 15: 12 - 22 Topic:                  Building Out Of Ruins When you pass by a collapsed building, what comes to your mind? When you see a place devastated by war, what strikes you? Ruin, lots of ruins! dashed irrecoverable hope, you lament on what it used to be, when it was standing previously. God can change ruins and rebuild from new edifices. This is how God deals with our lives when it appears we have been ruined. We should not remain in the ruins around us, but on to God and allow Him to come and rebuild them for us and others. Prayer Lord, let me know how to make a building out of ruins. May I not be steeped in failed traditions to the detriment of revival in Jesus Name, Amen. Memory Verse             Acts. 15:...
